Why is Khushi being used as the scapegoat every time in Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon?

We have absolutely no doubt in saying thatStar Plus’ Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon is indeed best among all shows aired currently and has an edge over all the saas-bahu dramas.

The excellent chemistry between the leadsBarun Sobti aka Arnav and Sanaya Iraniaka Khushi is an outstanding one and together they just stand incredible. However, despite such a unique storyline and the wonderful actors the show has, somehow it seems that things are certainly not going in the right track. Barun’s absence from the daily made the viewers watch for the dragged kidnapping track. Thanks to the immense love fans have for the show, they even bore with it.

In between, there were lots of rumors spread around talking of the upcoming track. Though there is no official confirmation about any track as such but whatever is being speculated talks of Khushi being blamed from every quarter. Sadly, this love story is still to find the love brewing between the lead and every time the fans expect Arnav-Khushi to go strong with love, a new misunderstanding is brought between them.

And to worse up the matters, CVs seem to be targeting just Khushi. We know she is the protagonist and is bound to face trouble but doesn’t she deserve to be a stronger individual? Shouldn’t the CVs now focus on making Arnav stand by her through thick and thin?

Going by the latest update, though Khushi and NK (Karan Goddwani)will churn out a way of trapping Shyam (Abhaas Mehta) by making him wear a transmitter fit string but in the due course Shyam will again poison Arnav’s mind by telling him that the entire kidnapping plan was weaved by him and Khushi.

Now the only thing left for us all to see is as to how long one will have to bear with this character assassination of Khushi!

Is RK responsible for Mukund's accident in Colors' Madhubala Ek Ishq Ek Junoon?

Kahani filmy hai but is certainly a worth watch and is one of its kinds in the world of television where one will get to see the real story behind films and the big world of Bollywood.

Well, by now you must have got the hint that we are talking of Colors’ power packed daily Madhubala- Ek Ishq Ek Junoon. Right from the first episode, Madhubala succeeded in striking the chord with the masses and surprisingly it even opened on an appreciable TRP. The opening episodes won hearts all around and a much higher result was expected asDrashti Dhami, the main protagonist was expected to make her entry post the giant leap.

Though the TRPs have not taken a jump but the show is still going strong and as there are many twists to come ahead, no one can pass on an early judgment. Now that Drashti as Madhubala has entered the show, all eyes are set on the entry of superstar RK aka Vivian Dsena

Moreover, the storyline is heading towards a major twist wherein Madhubala might end up confronting RK. As seen last, she accused Mukund ( Manish Nagdev) of selling expired beauty products because of which her sister Trishna (Aarti Puri) couldn’t make it to the auditions for RK’s next. But Madhu will come to know that Mukund was innocent and she will try and seek his apology.

While they both will be standing near the street, a hurt Mukund will ask Madhu not to meet him ever again. As they will part away, Mukund will get hit by a rashly driven car and the person responsible for this mishap is going to be more likely RK.

And this might mark the first encounter of RK and Madhubala. It would surely be interesting to see how the righteous Madhu will deal with RK!

I am commitment-phobic and won't leave anything midway, says Vivian Dsena

Television’s heartthrob Vivian Dsena is thrilled to play a superstar in the new show Madhubala Ek Ishq Ek Junoon. And the name coined for the actor is RK

Talking of it, he says, "I am pretty kicked about the fact that people have started calling me the small screen superstar. No one has played a superstar on television in the past”.

Upon the iconic character in the show, he has actively engaged to justify the character. He opines, "A superstar needs to be idolized, so having a proportionate body was important. I had gained some weight due to my late night shoots," he says adding, "People ask me whether I pay Ranbir Kapoor orRishi Kapoor or Raj Kapoor in the show. But I don't think I play any of these actors”.

However, the actor admits that he managed to convince the director to include the famous RK pose in the serial. One being quizzed if he secretly dreams of getting into Bollywood someday, he said, "I never really tried getting into movies because it never gave me a kick. As of now, I am focused on television. I am commitment-phobic. If I have given three years of my time to a show, then I won't leave that midway and pick up or grab another project”.

Well said Vivian, keep up your good work.

Arnav and Khushi's invincible love in Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon

The wall of misunderstanding between Khushi(Sanaya Irani) and Arnav (Barun Sobti) has been quite strong in Star Plus’ Iss Pyaar Ka Kya Naam Doon; however, surprisingly the relation which they share seems to be perfectly guarded by love.

Though Arnav has all the justified reasons of Khushi as he is under the wrong impression that Khushi is a home wrecker but still somewhere down the line, the bond of love which connects the two doesn’t ever let him hurt her or leave her in pain. As we have seen in all these episodes so far wherein Arnav has been shown missing, the two have come up immense love for each other. While one can still understand Khushi’s concern as she never had any ill feeling for Arnav except for the fact that she always wished to know the reason behind their forceful wedding.

But what surprises all is Arnav’s affection for her; well it is pretty clear to all that the misunderstanding thatShyam (Abhaas Mehta) had created between the two is still the same and Arnav isn’t yet aware of Khushi being innocent. Despite the truth standing away from him, his heart is ruling his mind and he is not able to hate her. She is the one who happens to be occupying his thoughts all the time and ever since he has faced the separation from her, we have seen Arnav desperately longing to get back to Khushi. His love for her shows as if he is all ready to accept Khushi being his reason of existence.

Yesterday’s dream sequence, wherein their love tale was marvelously depicted in the tunes of Teri Meri Prem Kahani, was simply stunning. Watching them performing on this song makes us feel as if the song truly justifies their love tale.

Their tale of love is undoubtedly beyond words and we are sure that the upcoming episodes will also vouch for the same! And yeah, let us tell you all IPKKND fans that soon we are going to watch a fierce face off between Shyam and Arnav wherein the former is surely going to get beaten blue and black!

Sukirti Khandpal opts for western outfits over saas-bahu drama

Pyaar Kii Yeh Ek Kahaani fame Sukirti Khandpal is now all set to woo her fans as the modern and uber cool Jazz in Zee TV’s upcoming show Rab Se Sona Ishq, produced by Jay Mehta.

As known, the show is loosely based on Bollywood flickNamaste London starring Akshay Kumar andKatrina Kaif where Sukirti is said to be reprising Kat’s role. It is interesting to note that the Nainital girl has so far done quite substantial roles in shows like Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi KijoDill Mill Gaye and PKYEK. In her career so far, Sukirti has stayed away from saas-bahu sagas and even after the end of PKYEK, she chose to make her comeback in a modern avatar.

When asked about the reason behind doing Rab Se Sona Ishq, she said, "I don't have anything against saas bahu sagas, but at the moment I want to wear lots of western clothes, flaunt my curly hair and go to London. I think these are my three demands”.

She even feels that playing the lead in a daily isn’t an easy task, as per her, "I consciously decided to take up something which is extremely light and doesn't involve mental and physical stress. When you are playing a lead on a daily soap, a lot of mental and emotional work goes in to it since you have to look real”.

Rightly said Sukirti!

Vivian Dsena shines at the soccer match played for a charity!

No doubt our television industry has actors who have a heart of gold and they proved it by coming together for a charity match and beat their opponent hands down.

Television heartthrobs played the international game of soccer to support the junior artists of the industry. The earnings of the match will go towards supporting the FWICEmembers who require monetary help for emergencies. Popular actors like Karan Wahi,Vivian DsenaJay SoniBarun Sobti,Manav GohilSaillesh Gulabani and many others played a game of soccer against the FWICE members. And it is interesting to know that the celeb team won by a landslide margin of 7-0.

Well, these soccer lovers also played to support and promote the game in India. Captain of the celeb team Karan Wahi, last seen in Kuch Toh log Kahenge, said, "Whatever money came to us via this game we will be giving to the junior artist association. There are two more reasons to play this match, one is that soccer in India needs improvement and the other is that very few people play this game."

Though everyone contributed their best but it was Vivian who turned the star player. The Madhubala actor is a professional player and loves the game immensely. Talking of it, he said, "I would leave all my work and run to play a game of football. I just love the game. I had informed the production house in advance that I need a day off for this match."

Vivian's fiancée Vahbiz Dorabjee, also his co-star in Pyaar Kii Yeh Ek Kahaani, was present at the match to support him and seems like the lady luck was smiling on him. He turned out to be the highest goal hitter of in the match (he scored four goals). He says, "The moment my better half entered I did my first goal and many followed after that. She is my lucky charm."

Gurmeet Choudhary opines Drashti Dhami will rock in Madhubala also

Call it their wonderful screen presence or the invincible charm they had created together on the small screen, talks about Gurmeet Choudhary and Drashti Dhami go hand in hand.

Their incredible act as Maan and Geet in Star One’s extremely popular Geet Hui Sabse Parayi made them rule the roost and win immense love from fans. Though they might not be working together anymore but whenever anyone of them is caught by the paparazzi, question concerning the other is bound to jump in.

Recently, when sources got in touch with Gurmeet over his new stint as a dancer inColors’ Jhalak Dikhla Jaa, the handsome hunk got candid and shared quite a few things right from JDJ to his ex co-star Drashti. Talking of managing his show Punar Vivah and Jhalak all at the same time, he said, “It is quite taxing. After my day’s shoot for Punar Vivah, I manage to rehearse for at least four hours. I am not a trained dancer, so I put up long hours at rehearsals. Having said this, I am a perfectionist and since I am not trained, my choreographer can mould me in the way she wants.”

Gurmeet has been assigned Shampa as the choreographer, when quizzed about her, he stated, “Shampa is my Guru. I am really lucky to have got her as my choreographer. She is the best at all international forms of dance; I have a lot to learn from her.”

Moving on, when sources posed the much awaited question to Gurmeet regarding Drashti and her new show Madhubalaaired on Colors, all he said was, “Drashti is a good actress, and I am sure she will do a swell job in her new show. I wish Drashti all the very best for Madhubala”.

That’s really sweet of you Gurmeet and even we would like to wish you all the luck for Jhalak!

Kristen Stewart Wants Bella in 'Breaking Dawn 2' to Be the Best Vampire

Kristen also recalls her fight scene with a mountain lion in the final chapter of the 'Twilight Saga' film series, enthusing, 'I was like, 'Wow', I'm, like, really playing a vampire now.'

After playing clumsy teen Bella Swan in the first four "Twilight Saga" films,Kristen Stewart will finally have a drastic transformation as a vampire in "The Twilight Saga's Breaking Dawn Part II". Admitting that she's excited by her new form, Kristen gushed that she wants her famous character to be the best vampire.

Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, the 22-year-old actress shared that she learned from her "Twilight" co-stars about how to play a vampire. "I knew every single version of vampire, and I took a little bit from everyone," she said. "But I wanted her to be the best."

Kristen went on recalling the unforgettable moment where she had to film a scene where vampire Bella hunts a mountain lion. "I leaped through the air and tackled a crazy huge tube of foam shaped like a mountain lion," she remembered. "I ripped that mother to the ground! For the first time I was like, 'Wow', I'm, like, really playing a vampire now."

Though happy with Bella's vampire transformation, Kristen did feel uncomfortable when adjusting herself to the makeover. Her co-starRobert Pattinson said that Kristen always complained about the red contact lenses that she must wear when portraying the bloodsucker.

"Kristen complained about 500 times more than I have," the Edward Cullen depicter said. "She condensed four years of complaining a few months," the actor joked to which Kristen responded with a sigh.

On the other hand, Taylor Lautner gushed that Bella's transformation is something that Twi-hards have been eagerly waiting for. "That's kind of the huge thing that fans are waiting for - to see the clumsy teenage Bella that Kristen did so well suddenly become this super-sexy vampire who's athletic and graceful," he gushed. "She took it very seriously and pulls it off."

"Breaking Dawn II" focuses on a perilous chain of events after Bella gives birth to Renesmee. Along with her husband Edward and his family, she now must face an all-out battle against the Volturi, which is the fearsome council of vampire leaders.

Joining Kristen, Rob and Taylor in the final installment of the famous vampire film series is Mackenzie Foy, who will make her debut in the franchise as Renesmee. The movie will make its way out onto the U.S. theaters on November 16.

Stomach feeling flabby or just want to do a little toning up to get it looking good? Let these tips be your guide.

DIET

1. Always get enough sleep. You know you got full sleep when you wake up by yourself from bed without any alarm clock. Sleep deprivation slows your metabolism.

2.Eat healthier and cut down junk food, such as replacing sweets and chips with fruits. You'll see a world of difference.

3.Eat lots of lean protein (like beans and nuts - have some meat, it is rather good for you as long as you do not eat the fat!), fruits and dark vegetables, and whole grain breads and grains. If you eat "whole wheat" it's like the same as(and try and have alot more water to replace food) eating white bread; except with white bread all the good fibers have been stripped away. These "whole grains" keep you fuller longer than white breads like cakes, cookies, and sweets. Also, stay away from high-fat dairy products (low-fat dairy products are a great source of protein and vitamin B6).

4. Eat smaller meals a day. To get a flat stomach you should eat many small meals throughout the day. Eat just enough until you feel full; don't overeat! Wait until you feel hungry again and eat a little more. Focus on only eating healthy food items, and do not eat any sugar; it will only make you feel tired and will cause you to crave more - a vicious cycle!

5. Eat food raw. This is to avoid the loss of enzymes that result from cooking food, which also decreases its nutritional value. Raw food, unlike cooked and processed foods, takes longer to digest so you feel full longer. Your body will slowly absorb the nutrients so you'll avoid any spikes or drops in your blood sugar until your next meal. Some of the best raw foods are:
  • Cabbage
  • Carrots
  • Cauliflower
  • Celery
  • Cucumbers
  • Zucchini
  • Dark leaf lettuce
  • Onions
  • Pears
  • Tomatoes
  • Watercress
  • Broccoli
  • Bananas
  • Apples
  • Berries

6. Make sure you don't eat anything 2 hours before you sleep. Your body slows down when you sleep so you can't digest food properly. And if you go to bed really late, don't eat past 9:30 pm, because foods eaten late are normally stored as fat.

7. Drink plenty of water. You should replace it with all your regular beverages, especially soda and sugared drinks. Water will make it easier to lose weight. Consider flavored water as an alternative if you must. Drinking lemon water is said to be a natural way of speeding up your metabolism as well. Warning: Drinking fruit juice may seem healthy but it usually contains just as much sugar as fizzy drinks. If you like juice, try making it yourself.
  • Your urine should be a light yellow or clear color; dark yellow with an odor could be a sign that you are dehydrated.

Exercise

1
       1.    Do aerobic exercises daily at 30 minutes minimum and include 1-2 days of rest    break each week. Anything that brings your heart rate up. Take up dancingrunning, Tae-Bo,  swimming, cycling and walking at a good pace.
  1. 2
To better work the entire abdominal region, vary your exercises: Crunches work the upper abdomen, leg raises work the lower abdomen, side bends work the obliques (also known as love handles). About 15 - 25 reps should be enough a day for certain exercises (but if you can do more than that, try adding a weight to your feet for the leg lifts). Sure, you can do 100 daily crunches. But if you've got a layer of fat covering up your ab work then what's the point? You need to burn the top layer of stomach fat to see the changes- Try the plyometric and cardio exercises in the section below.
  2. 3
Do cardio exercise. Cardio exercises are best as they will heat up your core temperature and improve circulation, both of which will aid you in acquiring a flat stomach. You should aim for interval cardio training, such as alternating between sprinting and power walking. You can try sprinting for as long as you can. When you become too tired, you should walk. When you feel that you've caught your breath, sprint again. Do these alterations for a total of 20 minutes at a time.
  3. 4
Include plyometrics. Plyometrics are exercises that require explosive power. They are not just cardio, but strength training as well. Some great plyometric exercises you can do at home include:
    • Modified jumping jacks. Start standing, then jump up with hands and feet spread apart, creating an "X" in the air with your body, then land back in standing. Repeat as many times as you can.
    • Squat-Thrust-Push-ups. Start in push-up position, do one push-up,then push off with your feet and pull your knees up to your chest so your feet land between your hands(still on the ground in push-up position), then jump as high as you can, arms over head. Then squat back down with your hands on the floor, then jump back to push up position again. Repeat; do as many as you can do well with good form.
    • Cartwheels. If you don't already know how to do them, once you learn, you can do multiple cartwheels in a row. The quicker you do them the greater the plyo benefit.
  4. 5
Strength training. This will improve your muscular tone as well as increase your metabolism so you'll burn calories faster over time. Best strength training exercises (that don't require a gym or weights) include:
    • Push-ups
    • Pull-ups (You can do these in a park hanging from the branch of a large tree)
    • Squats
    • Lunges
    • leg lifts
    • crunches
    • plankholds
    • 6" hold
    • flutters
    • scissors
    • v-ups
    • L-holds from a bar
  1. 1
    • Yoga arm balances
    • Handstands (these take a lot of strength when repeated over and over)
  2. 2
Consider some form of anaerobic exercise as well. Some simple resistance training or light weight lifting will not only help you burn fat more efficiently but tone up the rest of your body as well.
  3. 3
Raising your metabolic rate is crucial. The higher your metabolic rate, the more energy (and thus fat) you'll burn even when you aren't doing anything. Try compound exercises like deadlifts with heavier weights. See "How to Do a Deadlift" for more information.
    • To increase your metabolic rate, increase the frequency of your meals to 6-8 times a day. Every 2 to 3 hours, ingest a small meal. This increased frequency will put your metabolism into overdrive. Do not overeat. For greatest effect, only eat carbohydrates before 2:00 p.m, from then on only proteins.

    Tips

    • Going to see a personal trainer or a doctor can help greatly as they can give you a dietary/work-out plan that will help you keep at your desired weight rather than going over it alone.
    • Get someone to work out with you so you'll inspire each other. If you can't find anyone, try imagining you are with someone you know, a celebrity or an athlete with abs you admire (this usually works better than actually working out with the said athlete). Pretend they're with you as you work out.
    • Music will also do wonders to get a workout moving along! Make sure it's upbeat and motivating.
    • While crunches are good for your abdominal muscles, make sure that you have a well-rounded weight loss program. Millions of crunches won't help if you eat buckets of ice cream every day!
    • Be patient! Some people find it harder to obtain a flat stomach than others, as this is dependent on your own personal fitness level.
    • Doing crunches on an exercise ball will specifically target your abdominal muscles, while doing them on the floor strengthens mostly hip muscle. Just the act of balancing on the ball alone will help tone abdominal muscles.
    • Find something that you enjoy doing that involves a lot of movement, for example jogging, biking, Wii Fit, etc.
    • Drinking more water can help flush out toxins from your body.
    • Cut out refined carbs. Foods such as white bread, pastas, potatoes, and white rice are rich in refined carbs and should be taken out of your diet. They have less nutrients and vitamins than the non refined kinds. Eat brown rice and whole wheat bread instead.
    • Drink more herbal tea, such. Drinking without the addition of milk, sugar, or honey is best, so only drink water and skinny milk.

    Warnings

    • Do not starve yourself. Your results will only be temporary and you will feel frustrated sooner (and will probably give up quicker). When you starve yourself, your body goes into "starvation mode," and it causes your body to slow down your metabolism (which digests your food) and minimal weight loss. While you might think that by not eating completely is most effective, in essence it could do permanent harm to your body as well as make it hard to keep off the weight.
    • Don't go overboard with the crunches. Your body will tell you when you need to rest. Take a quick break, deep breaths, and then continue until your workout is complete.
      • Try doing a number of sets and repetitions (reps). For example, two sets of 20 reps. This means you will do 20 repetitions of a specific exercise two times, for a total of 40. After each set, take a short break.
