I idolize Salman Khan, states Vivian Dsena!!!

Least people know about the back side preparation of any project that plays a chief role. The television actors worked very hard before they emerge before cameras.Vivain Dsena, who essays the lead role of RK in BAG Films and Nautanki Films’ Madhubala - Ek Ishq Ek Junoon on Colors, had to work a lot on his body shape and fitness level in order to fit into the shoes of the character. 

“The toughest part in the whole preparation process was that I had to put on weight and then shed it so that I have the perfect body muscles. I added 2 kg of weight and had to lose nearly 13 kgs. In addition to this, we went through a series of workshops; character meetings etc so that I get to know the role well.” said the 23 –year- old actor, who is very dedicated towards his ventures.

And when quizzed him about the role model behind the look, Vivian said, “I do not idolize anyone in acting. I believe that the creative team in charge of the show will tell me what I have to do. However, when it comes to the fitness level, I idolize Salman Khan. I have always admired the man and have wanted to work on my body just like him. However, I have not been able to do that on a regular basis because of my hectic schedules.”

Salman Khan might opt out of Bigg Boss 6; busy with 10 Ka Dum!

The fifth season of controversial reality show Bigg Bosshas already met an end and ever since the finale has taken place, speculations are rife about the sixth season. Gossipmongers are having a field day speculating whether Salman will host Bigg Boss 6 onColors.

But ultimately it is now them to be blamed as Sallu bhai brought it upon himself. While bidding adieu at the end of the Bigg Boss 5 grand finale, Salman announced that he and Sanjay Dutt will come together again to host Bigg Boss 6. 

So far Salman has hosted two seasons of the show, earlier he has hosted Bigg Boss 4. Buzz also says that in the meantime Salman is also gearing up with his game show 10 Ka Dum that will be telecast on the rival channel Sony Entertainment. 

Considering the fact that he will host 10 Ka Dum on Sony, a rival channel of Colors, it is doubtful if he will agree to host BB 6. In fact, representatives of Colors claim that Salman has not been confirmed yet for BB 6.

There was also a buzz doing the rounds that Colors is looking at having a female host the show – the only one to do so was Shilpa Shetty during season 2. So it looks like the channel people and Salman have different views about his role in Bigg Boss 6 and it will be interesting to see how this one plays out.

The Kingfisher calendar model will not only now star in Sher Khan, she will also star in the sequel of Partner and the remake of Amar Akbar Anthony, that will feature all the three Khan brothers Salman, Arbaaz and Sohail, both slated for 2013.

Confirming this, Sohail says, "Yes she has signed an exclusive contract with us. But we haven't decided which film or films she will be doing. We think she has great potential. We will launch her."

Housemates of Bigg Boss 5 refuse to take 15 lakh and quit the show!

This is the time for the final battle in Bigg Boss 5! The lucky five challengers of the house- Juhi Parmar, Amar Upadhyay,Mahek Chahal, Sky and Siddharth Bhardwaj, are all left to win the coveted title of Bigg Boss season 5!

And following the beginning, the end of the season is also walking through the ways of controversies. The decision of keeping Pooja Missra and Pooja Bedi out from the grand finale of the show has already raised certain questions. To spice up things now we have heard that the show makers have given a new challenge to the inmates.

Sources reveal,  “The creatives have thrown in a cash amount of Rs 15 lakhs and told that any challenger who thinks he or she can’t win the show, can take the dough and walk out of the show (in season 3, Bhaktiyar took Rs 10 lakhs and decided to move out of the house of scandals). Bhaktiyar might have gone a bit low in confidence, but in the latest season, all remaining contestants are superbly poised and weigh pride over moolah”.

Interestingly, none of the housemates has budged on the amount and have decided to fight it till the end. In fact, Siddharth whom everyone was expecting to walk up with the money also stood tall like the others.

Mahek Chahal denies Salman's involvement in letting her make a re-entry in Bigg Boss!

Ever since Mahek Chahal has made an entry in Colors’ Bigg Boss, everyone is talking about her proximity with show host and friendSalman Khan. Some say that it was Salman who recommended Mahek for the reality show and he was even supporting during her stay in the house.

However, Mahek has always denied being his favorite and Salman doesn’t even give a damn about such allegations. He has maintained long silence about this episode.

Well, now Mahek is back in the show as a wildcard entrant after being evicted once, and her fans are enjoying her second stint but her detractors do have a lot to crib over her re-entry into the infamous show.

Rumours are abuzz that it is Salman again who has come as her savior. Meanwhile the starlet had categorically denied Salman’s involvement in the show and her consequent entry into the house. Mahek clarified that Salman Khan has never used his star status to effect eviction or re-entry decisions.

She said, “It would be unfair to say that I have been selected as the wild card entry because of Salman Khan. Yeh sarasar jhooth aur bakwaas hai (This is absolute non-sense and false). My supporters saw me being humiliated on the show. If I’m back, it is only because of them and not because of Salman.”

Well, we are just waiting for a word from Salman as that would be enough to put a lock on these gossipmongers!

Salman Khan's Ek Tha Tiger will be a great film but won't exceed Dabangg 2!

Bollywood’s most charming actor Salman Khan is celebrating his 46th birthday today and various talks are making rounds about his future projects and personal life. Predictions are making ways from many astrologers and numerologists that how this New Year will turn out for the actor.

Forgetting some serious wrongs he has done in his past life, people are just Ready to accept the Dabangg man in any avatar. On the eve of his birthday, sources quizzed astro-numerologist Bhavikk Sangghvi to find out what's in store for Salman Khan- the most appealing star of Bollywood for the upcoming year 2012. 

Bhavikk says, “Salman was born on 27th December 1965 which makes him a Number 9 (Mars) person in numerology. He is a Capricorn (ruler Saturn - Number 8) and his destiny number adds up to Number 6 (Venus). As per his stars on the film front, his next release Ek Tha Tiger in the Eid of 2012 would prove to be a profitable venture as the film title (sums up to Number 32) vibrates well with the year 2012. 

However, Number 5 is usually not lucky for Number 9 people and hence the film may not be able to exceed the collections of Dabangg 2 which will turn out to be a bigger hit in comparison when it comes to pure box office figures.

Salman Khan is Mahek Chahel savior in Bigg Boss!

Much before the start of the Colors’ reality show Bigg Boss, the rumors were that it was Dabangg Salman Khan who has suggested Mahek Chahel’s name to the channel as a participant in the show.

Later, the Norway girl entered in the show has faced nominations for eviction twice, luckily saved both the times. And now it might be third time for the model turned actress to get nominated in the reality show. 

However going by her attitude and utterances on the show, many believe the channel would not evict her because of her closeness to Salman Khan. Insiders believe that Mahek’s ‘superstar-connection’ would surely save the actress from this eviction very easily.

Earlier even it was Salman who helped Mahek bag roles in his movies Wanted and Main Aur Mrs. Khanna. When Mahek was nominated this week, she rebelliously announced to the other Housemates that she isn’t worried. “Harr hafte (nominate) karo, aur (main) harr hafte chapaat doongi tum logon ke mooh par…jin logon ne nominate kiya hai,” she claimed.

“Har hafte aise hi, jab main rahoongi, unka hi chehra neeche hoga,” Mahek added. Her over-confidence clearly goes to show that she indeed thinks she cannot be evicted this week too. 

Well, let’s see whether her savior comes to her help this time around or not!
