Which coffee you prefer and know what it says about you!

Aroma of coffee is one of the most favorite fragrances in almost everyone’s list. Working people can’t spend a day without a coffee and almost every one of us wakes up with a coffee mug in hand. Cappuccino, plain black, espresso, latte and many more yummy flavors of coffee make us drool over it, but are you aware of the fact that coffee can spill beans about your personality?

Yes your coffee type can say a lot about you even before you speak. Let’s get into the beans to know more:

1. Cappuccino: Cappuccino lovers need not to bite their nail being scanned as these are the most optimistic lot who always stretch hands to meet new people and love to have good people around without getting obsessed with them. Cons of it include the easy and fast boredom which is observed in cappuccino lovers.

2. Latte: By choosing Latte you are showing your childish side as Latte is the lightest form and sort of milky beverage. We are not mocking you here for your chosen coffee type and in fact these kinds of persons are found more reliable, cozy and thorough.

3. Espresso: Skeptical, sardonic and sarcastic but not boring, these people are experienced and exciting lovers. Unwavering reliability and instant decision making ability is not their cup of tea.

4. Plain Black Coffee: Plain black coffee lovers hate adornments and are straight forward without frilling or sugar coating the issue. Though they are mostly quiet and cranky but they are potentially good partners or companions.

So which one happens to be your trait!

How to find out if Your Girlfriend is Cheating on You

Having a doubt that your girlfriend is cheating on youis heartbreaking enough.
But to have to find out if your doubts are true or not and in turn face your worst fear is nightmarish. Nonetheless, if you’ve got doubts then it’s best to address them and clear your mind. This is how you can find out if your girlfriend is cheating on you or not.

1. Observe

If she is distant, withdrawn, constantly cancelling plans, and appears not interested in what you have to say or do, then chances are something is up. Observation is the key to finding out what is going on. This does not mean you go paranoid and let your suspicions get out of hand. Don’t read too much into things and take her behaviour for what it actually is.

2. Talk to her close friends

Another alternative is to talk to her close friends; provided you are on talking terms with him/her. Don’t pounce on the friend; call them and ask them if they genuinely know what is happening and if they have any idea what is bothering your girlfriend. Try to coax information out of them and see where that leads.

3. Phone check

How many cheating men and women have been caught thanks to phone records that gave up on them. When you get a chance, look through her phone and you might just get the proof.

4. Confront

This is the sure shot way to find out what is going on. Confront her, coax her to talk about it and get information out of her. You will know the 100% truth only when she talks. So you got to ensure she does.
Use these ways to know if your girlfriend is actually cheating on you or if it’s all in your head.

3 foods all women should eat

Starting this week, we bring you a new series on the power of the threes. Here is the third of the series, 3 foods all women should eat.
A varied, balanced diet is the cornerstone of healthy living for everyone, yet healthy eating can sometimes mean different things depending on your gender. While there are some foods we should all be eating more of, men and women also have their own set of dietary requirements as well as their own unique health concerns. Here are three foods all women should eat.
Butternut squash

Butternut squash - like many other yellow/orange fruit and vegetables - is packed with carotenoids such as alpha-carotene and beta-carotene. While carotenes should be included in everybody's diet, they may prove essential to women's health as a high-carotenoiddiet has been linked to lowered risks of both breast and ovarian cancer.

Flax seeds

Flax seeds are a good source of Omega-3 fatty acids and have been linked to reduced risk of breast cancer and heart disease. The seeds' anti-inflammatory properties are also good for preventing arthritis, while their digestive benefits can help irritable bowel syndrome; two painful conditions which are more prevalent in women than men.

Salmon (Raavas)

Salmon has a multitude of health benefits for women. Not only is it rich in iron - which is integral to the diets of premenopausal women - but it is packed with omega-3 fatty acids, which can help beat depression (something that affects twice as many women as men) and prevent mood swings. Salmon can also boost babies' intelligence when eaten during pregnancy.

The best female health habits

Get to know your body

Although most men are more than familiar with their overall appearance, many are less than vigilant when it comes to looking out for signs of health changes and may pay less heed to their bodies’ signals than women. To keep your health in good condition it is important to pay attention to your skin (making note particularly of any changes in size, shape or color of moles) and perform self checks for signs of testicular cancer. By getting to know your body, you will start to become more intuitively aware of the state of your wellbeing.

Try a holistic exercise class

For a lot of men, exercise routines are focused exclusively on bulking up and improving body shape. However, you may be missing out on lots of the health benefits other more female-dominated forms of exercise can offer. To help boost your mental and emotional wellbeing , try supplementing your usual routine with a gentler holistic exercise such as Pilates, yoga or tai chi. As well as keeping you physically fit, these exercises have many great benefits such as improving posture; increasing energy levels; boosting flexibility, strength and stamina; improving concentration and reducing stress levels.

Get checked up

Just as it is important to track any changes in your body, it is equally as essential that you act on any possible symptoms by visiting your doctor about any concerns you may have. However, while women are generally good at getting regular check-ups, many men are guilty of ignoring their symptoms, possibly due to fear or denial of health risks. It is never worth taking a chance on your health, so put your mind at rest by giving your doctor a visit, no matter how small you think the risk may be.

Let yourself be vulnerable

While most women will happily let their guard down and communicate their troubles to their friends, many men are afraid of appearing vulnerable by opening up to others and showing how they really feel. However, not only will sharing your troubles help you gain support and bond with others, but crying can also help your body to release stress. So, next time you are feeling emotional, whether due to a bad day or a weepy movie, why not let those tears flow – your health will thank you for it!

Do more cardio

Many men centre their workouts around weight lifting and building up muscle, while women are more likely to opt for cardio exercise to help with weight loss. In fact, neither option is ideal as both types of exercise should make up a well-rounded fitness routine. Whether or not you want to lose weight, aerobic exercise is essential for heart health, so take a lesson from the girls and try swapping the occasional weight lifting session for a cardio workout to help improve your health and physique.

Indulge in some pampering

It’s a well known fact that most women like to be pampered and groomed, while men are a little more reticent to give grooming a go. Whether you care about your appearance or not, proper skin care (which includes using an SPF) is important for your health, as is looking after your nails to prevent fungal infections. If you want to go the whole hog and give your body a pampering treat, a massage can also do wonders for your health. With benefits including reduced back pain, detoxification and an increased sense of well-being, this is definitely not just a treat for the girls.

How to free yourself from bad habits

If you’ve been promising yourself that you’re going to ditch that bad habit for a while but have never quite got around to doing so, it could be time to take the plunge. To help ensure your success and make the process a little less painless, check out these 10 ways to break bad habits.
Change one thing at a time
You may have a few vices you would like to be rid of, but it is important that you don’t try to break all your bad habits at once. You’re not superhuman and trying to kick a smoking habit, give up chocolate and stop biting your nails all at the same time is probably going to be hard to achieve. Instead, prioritise and pick the habit you most urgently need to change first. Also, try to set a definite goal to work towards rather than a vague “I’m going to stop being so unhealthy”.  Identify what exactly it is you need to do (or stop doing) and make that your focus.
Go public
When trying to kick a bad habit, it is important to tell at least one person about it so that you have somebody to be accountable to. When you are craving a cigarette on your lunch hour it is far easier to give in to your craving if you have nobody to answer to than if you know your colleague is going to quiz you later. You could even consider starting up a blog so that others can follow your progress – having to write about your lapses for others’ viewing may help you think twice about giving in.
Recruit a friend

Even better than just telling someone about your goal, if you know someone who’s been talking about giving up the same bad habit for a while, or who has been inspired by your decision, why not talk them into getting onboard too? Having someone else who knows what you’re going through is great motivation as you will always have someone to call for a moan or some support when the going gets tough.
Take it one day at a time
Setting out to break a bad habit with the thought of “I can never do so-and-so ever again” can be extremely daunting; instead, tell yourself, “I won’t eat junk food/ smoke a cigarette/ have a gossip for the rest of today”. Concentrating on kicking your habit one day at a time makes it seem a lot more achievable, and each day that you beat that habit will inspire you to try again tomorrow. For added motivation, try charting your success on a calendar, marking each day that you have resisted your habit.

Prepare for weak moments

Although it is great to go into this positively, being too confident – and failing to prepare for those moments of weakness – could be your biggest mistake. Don’t rely on being too disciplined to fail; instead accept that we all lack willpower at times and try removing temptation to prepare for those weak moments. Clear the cupboards of chocolate, stay out of stressful situations, or get some distance from friends people who encourage you to drink, for example – make it as difficult for yourself to indulge your habit as you can.
Replace your bad habit with a good one
Cutting something out of your life entirely can be difficult, inconvenient and even plain depressing. To compensate for the sudden gap in your life, try finding substitutes for your bad habit that help to ease the pain. For example, swap junk food (like crisps) for healthy snacks (such as popcorn), or try replacing swear words with other, more innocent phrases (think Ross and Rachel’s “boohockey” and “brother pucker” in the sitcom Friends). You could also try taking up a hobby to compensate for the time you previously spent indulging a TV or shopping habit or hanging out in bars.

Girls are far better than boys when it comes to negotiation skills!

There are ample of examples where girls are seen dominating the conversation and boystend to mumble something perplexing to avoid the debate altogether. But girls have a clear cut idea to take the discussion in right direction.

This explains that girls come prepared for conversation and they are well aware of what they want, when they want and why do they want. Girls have all sorts of explanations that why they want to go to the mall to buy any dress, and they have reasons why it's that dress and not another, and why it needs to happen when they say.

This clarity of mind allows the conversations to initiate but irresponsive attitude on boy’s part fails to give any concrete result. So there is set procedure to follow and finding the way, and the first stage demands all the boys to learn.

Learn to listen and speak up your mind clearly to gain some fruitful result out of the efforts so made. Look for all the reasons as to why it happened and then seek solution, which is the second step of negotiation practice.

In negotiation the solution is derived with mutual consensus and for that it is actually important to discuss. While discussing always keep in mind that she's your girlfriend, not your opponent.

Well, keep trying till you succeed!
