Buzz says that Kat is adjusting her dates to accommodate Kochadaiyaan. The development has been given a confirmation bySoundarya Rajnikanth, the director of the project and the actor's daughter.
"I met Katrina Kaif in person some time ago. She was very excited that it was a Rajnikanth film and sounded very upbeat and positive about it. However, we are still in the process of working out her dates as she's busy with other projects. Once that happens, we'll get her on board," tells Soundarya.
Katrina is currently busy with work on Ek Tha Tiger with Salman Khan and an untitled flick with Shah Rukh Khan and is said to be trying her best to accommodate dates for the Rajnikanth film. Kochadaiyaan, which means "the king with long hair", is said to be planned on a grand scale with music none other than Oscar winner A R Rahman.
It is said that the Superstar will play a king in the film who is an ardent devotee of Lord Shiva. "Katrina was very curious to know more about it and was fascinated by the concept," added Soundarya.
Well, if Katrina gets the project then it is surely going to be an honour for her!
