Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty has gained all the name and fame after winning international reality showBig Brother. And since that the lady hasn’t had to look back in her personal and professional life too!
Just after grabbing such a golden opportunity she got married to business man Raj Kundra. But one thing which still pops in everyone’s mind is the secret behind her well toned body even after marriage. The gorgeous actress is still same since her first movie Baazigar.
And when she was inspected, she told, “My goal is to achieve personal happiness. At the same time, discipline is extremely important. If you have to be fit especially if you are a working woman who happens to be in movie business, you cannot be fat. More than looking good, it’s about being healthy. All it takes is 20 minutes a day to burn out the excess calories.
Good diet which means no junk food at all. No McDonalds french fries and burgers. Do not indulge daily. You can always cut down the intake. Eat half a pastry in a day instead of the whole piece. I indulge every Sunday. I have pizza etc but the tip is to have it in moderation. I can never diet. For the past 20 years, my weight hasn't fluctuated much. It’s between 57-60 kgs which I think is great”.
